Permanent Task Deduplication Fix

Run these steps in order to permanently fix task duplicates

Important: These are one-time operations. Run Step 1 first, then Step 2. After both steps, task generation will be idempotent and duplicates won't return.

1Deduplicate TaskTemplates

Remove duplicate templates (same eventType + title). Keeps the newest.

2Backfill taskTemplateId on Tasks

Link existing tasks to their templates (enables deduplication)
